Our story
Mosman Dance Academy was established in 2000 by Miss Jasmin Bobyk and has grown to be one of Australia's most accomplished academy's for young dancers. The academy offers young dancers from age 3 to 18 the opportunity to learn Royal Academy of Dance Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Glenn Wood Tap, Hip Hop and Acrobatics.
Dancers of the academy have won major international competitions such as the Royal Academy of Dance International Genee Competition and have been accepted for further study into The Royal Ballet School, English National Ballet School and The Australian Ballet School. The Academy has featured on television shows, national news, countless newspaper articles and won multiple local business awards.
In April 2008, the academy relocated to the beautiful Sydney Harbour precinct of George's Heights Mosman. Previously part of the Australian Defence Force the renovated buildings offer the most amazing dance studio space with lots of natural light and stunning harbour views. The facilities include five fully equipped dance studios, dance wear shop, dressing room, a waiting and warm up area.
